ORAL ORDER:
After hearing both sides extensively, the
learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions of
the applicant, submits that the applicant wishes to
withdraw the present application. However, liberty to
file similar application in this Court, in case the
trial is not concluded within four months, may be
granted.
2.Accordingly, the present application is allowed
to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty as
prayed for.
