1 Heard Mr S.S.Punde, the learned Advocate for the Applicant, Mr Ajay Patil, learned Addl. P.P. for the RespondentState and Mr S.R. Shinde, learned Advocate for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 2 Perused the order dated 26th November,2014. It appears that there is some typographical error in paragraph no.1 of the order which needs correction. The applicant has been acquitted of the offence punishable under Section 7 and 13 (2) read with section 13 (1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. It was wrongly typed as 'convicted' in the order dated 26th November, 2014. It is, therefore, directed that the word 'convicted' in the order dated 26th November, 2014 shall be substituted by word 'acquitted'.
