them or in default to pay suffer rigorous imprisonment for 3 months. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the punishment awarded is R.I. for 4 years. He submitted that three of the applicants were also injured, two are ladies. All the applicants were on bail through out the trial. The incident has taken place on 3rd December,2009.
