applications issued, the prosecution has

tendered reply in each of the aforesaid
applications. The same are taken on record on
each of the applications.

applicants submitted that instead of pressing

the applications for prearrest bail, he is
making a limited request for continuing the
protection granted to the applicants for some
reasonable period and permitting them to

surrender before the trial/remand Court and
pray for bail.

3.It is urged that all these applicants

are Government servants and their arrest will
have serious implications upon their service.

¶15

It is urged, hence, that appropriate directions

be given to the Court of Magistrate to decide

their applications for bail, as expeditiously

as possible and preferably on the same day.

surrendering before the Court of law which
would facilitate earlier completion of
investigation of the crime registered way back
in June, 2014, the request for continuing the
protection also deserves consideration having
regard to the peculiar facts brought to the
notice of this Court of all the applicants
being Government servants and so far no misuse
of the protection being reported.

5.Resultantly, the applications are
disposed of as withdrawn. The applicants to
surrender before the Court of Judicial
Magistrate, First Class, Mohol, District
Solapur on or before 15122014 (11:00 a.m.).
Meanwhile, the interim protection granted in

all these applications to continue on earlier

terms and conditions till 11:00 a.m. of
15122014.

6.The learned Magistrate is directed to

decide bail applications of the applicants as

day, subject to 48 hrs advance notice of such
applications being served on the other side
with stipulation of date and time of surrender

and the applicants adhering to it.
