committed suicide by hanging himself on 19th March, 2014 at his residence. At the time of death, he wrote a suicide note wherein he has mentioned that he has borrowed money from the co-accused, who while recovering the money humiliated and tortured him on 15th March, 2014. Thereafter they told him that he should pay the entire amount till 20th March, 2014. As he could not make any arrangement, he opted to hang himself. In the suicide note, he also mentioned that he has borrowed money on heavy interest from other persons including the present applicant/accused. He has also mentioned that he was under the pressure of all these persons, as he has taken loan from them and he could not repay the same. Hence, the FIR was lodged against the applicant/accused.

O R D E R
(i) In the event of arrest, the applicant be enlarged on
bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/- with
one or two sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The applicant/accused shall not tamper with the evidence.
(iii) The applicant/accused shall attend the concerned police station on 30th July, 2014 between 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. till the filing of the charge sheet and shall cooperate the Investigating agency.
