- This is an application for pre-arrest bail as the applicant is facing charges under sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 409, 406, 511 r/w section 34 of the Indian Penal Code in C.R. No.167 of 2014 registered with Sahakarnagar police station, Pune on 22.7.2014. It is the case of the informant that she had purchased a flat from Bafna builders on 1.11.2006. She wanted to sell the said flat and therefore, they came in contact with the applicant/accused who is an agent who introduced one lady by name Divya Pandharinath More and the informant agreed to sell the said flat to Divya More for Rs.32 lacs. Divya More handed over a cheque of Rs.51,000/- and also issued cheque of Rs.7 lacs drawn on Bank of India, Bibwewadi branch and promised that she would give a cheque of Rs.24,49,000/- after two months.
