2.The Plaintiffs shall file its witness’s affidavit in lieu of
examination in chief, an affidavit of documents, and a compilation
of documents duly indexed and paginated on or before 7th July
2014. Copies of each of these will be served on the advocates for the
defendants on or before that date.

3.In default of compliance in filing by the date specified, or
such extended date as may be permitted on an application made
before the date now fixed, suit to be stand dismissed for non-
prosecution without further reference to the Court. On compliance
with these directions as to filing, the matter to be listed for marking
of the documents and further directions on 14th July 2014.
