1.Learned advocate for the plaintiffs moves a draft amendment seeking a
formal correction to the title of the matter. Amendment allowed. To be carried
out on or before 24th February 2014. As this is a formal amendment, re-
verification of the plaint is dispensed with.
2.In the meantime, parties have settled the suit itself. In the consent terms
that have been signed and handed in, the requisite changes to the cause title
have been carried out. The consent terms are signed by the advocates of
various parties. The consent terms are also signed by a director of the
plaintiffs; an authorized signatory for 1st defendant, one S. Lalitha; one Mr.

R.N. Dhar for the Liquidator of the 2nd defendant; one Kripa Shanker Lal,
Chief Legal Advisor of the 3rd defendant; and one Mr. Dhanesh Parikh, a
director of the 4th defendant. The consent terms are taken on record and
marked 'X' for identification. Except Mr. Dhar, all other parties are personally
present in Court. Mr. Dhar is unable to attend the Court as he is unwell. A
letter to this effect is taken on record and marked 'X1' for identification.
3. The suit is disposed of in these terms. No order as to costs. Refund of court fee, if any, as per Rules.
