Time to deposit the balance sum, as directed by the lower Appellate Court, is extended by a period of three weeks from today. No further extension will be granted.

If the amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, the Criminal Appeal No.384 of 2011 pending before the lower Appellate Court to stand dismissed. If compliance is reported within three weeks from today, the Criminal Appeal No.384 of 2011 be decided expeditiously and within a period of three months from the date of proof of such deposit is produced.
