The Applicants/ Appellants were on bail during the trial. There is no complaint of misuse of that liberty. The fine amount is already deposited.
2 In these circumstances the Applicants/ Appellants shall be released on the same terms, but on execution of fresh bonds. The Criminal Application is allowed in these terms.
