1 In the event of the outcome of the tender process being adverse to the petitioners in any manner whatsoever, the same shall not be implemented for a period of two weeks after the service of the intimation of the same on the petitioners. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge such order that may be passed if necessary. Till such an order is passed and for a period of two weeks after the same is served upon the petitioners, order dated 1st March, 2013 shall continue.
2 Writ petition is accordingly disposed of with no order as to costs.
