petitioners and the learned AGP for the respondent nos.1 to 7. The petitioners are seeking directions that the alternate land may be alloted to them in view of the provisions of the Maharashtra Resettlement of Project Displaced Persons Act, 1976. It is submitted that the proposal made for allotting the alternate land has not been decided. The petitioners submitted that in a group of similar petitions, this Court by an order dated 14.8.2013 in Writ Petition No.5945 of 2003 has disposed of the petition by giving certain directions to the respondents. It is submitted that similar directions may be given to the respondents in the present case also. Learned AGP submits that similar directions may be given in this case also. In this view of the matter, the petitions are disposed of by giving the following directions to the respondents.

(I) So far as Writ Petition No.5832 of 2013 is concerned, respondents are directed to decide the proposal dated 10.1.2013 in respect of land Gat No.769/1 admeasuring 1 hector & 80 R of village Bahul, Taluka-Khed, Dist.-Pune given by the petitioner for an alternate land as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of this order ;

(II) Respondent nos.2 to 4 in Writ Petition No.5558 of 2013 are directed to decide the proposal/representation of the petitioner dated 13.7.2012 in respect of land Gat No.69, admeasuring 85 R at village

Digrajwadi, Taluka-Shirur, Dist. Pune given by the petitioner for an alternate land as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of this order ;

(III) Respondent nos.2 to 4 in Writ Petition No.5874 of 2013 are directed to decide the proposal of the petitioner dated 22.2.2013 in respect of land Gat No.197 admeasuring 80 R at village Digrajwadi, Tal.Shirur, Dist.-Pune as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

(IV) The petitioners shall produce all relevant documents as required under the provisions of the said Act and Notification issued thereunder including proof of identity thereunder.

All the petitions are disposed of accordingly.
