against the order impugned in this petition before the Divisional Commissioner. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to exercise jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

4 Needless to mention that petitioner is at liberty to file statutory appeal before the appropriate forum and in the event of filing such appeal, the same shall be decided independently on its own merits and as expeditiously as possible.
