The order permitting the heirs to be brought on record passed by the Trial Court and confirmed by the Lower Appellate Court is sought to be taken exception to by way of the above writ petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
Having regard to the reasons mentioned in the orders passed by the Courts below, no case for interdiction is made out. The Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
