. None appears on behalf of the Petitioner. By this petition, petitioner is challenging the order dated 15.3.2013 passed by the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal. Perusal of the said order indicates that though an application was made by the Petitioner for fixing the matter for urgent hearing, the Appellate Tribunal declined to allow the application since the matter was kept on 9.4.2013, which is not a long date. In our view, no case is made out for interference with the impugned order passed by the said Tribunal. It appears that petition has become infructuous by efflux of time. Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
