In our view, therefore, we are not inclined to interfere with the process of election, which was conducted by Respondent No. 1. Apart from that, election was conducted on 11th February, 2013; the counting of votes was completed on 14th February, 2013 and on the same day the result was declared. The Petitioner, therefore, has become infructuous. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
