The petitioner has approached this Court
for release on furlough on his personal bond.
As per Rule 6 of the Bombay Prisons
Furlough and Parole Rules, 1959 the prisoner cannot
be released on furlough without furnishing an
appropriate surety. In that view of the matter, no
case is made out. Writ petition is, therefore,
rejected.
The fees of the learned counsel appointed
for petitioner is quantified at Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One
Thousand Only).
