1 The only relief sought by the Petitioner in the above Petition is that the Application Exhibit 25 and the further Application Exhibit 30 for striking off the defence of the Respondent be decided within a particular time frame.
2 It is the case of the Petitioner that the interim alimony of Rs.,20,000/- for the Petitioner and her son which was fixed by the Trial Court and which has been confirmed by this Court is not being deposited by the Respondent-husband. It is the case of the Petitioner that the said Application Exhibit 25 was filed on 30/7/2012 and in view of the fact that the said application was not decided, the further Application Exhibit 30 came to be filed on 18/2/2013. It is the case of the Petitioner that both the applications are as yet pending.

3 If that be so, the Trial Court is directed to hear and decide the Applications Exhibit 25 and Exhibit 30 expeditiously and latest by 31st July 2013. With the aforesaid directions, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
