Respondents had placed the petitioner at Butibori on alternate job and his services and pay have been protected. Thus the petitioner gets same salary as also continuity.
On last date of hearing, there was some objection of petitioner because of his placement at Butibori. Today, upon instructions Mr. Thombre for the petitioner states that the petitioner is ready and willing to work at Butibori.
In view of the statement made and facts on record, we dispose of petition as infructuous. No costs.
