2 Learned Counsel for respondents 1 to 4 has tendered across the Bar copies of the communications addressed to the respondents by the Sub Divisional Forest Officer, Beed stating therein that the respondents are appointed on the terms / conditions stated in the said communications. Therefore, in the light of the said communications by the petitioners to the respondents, in my opinion, adjudication of this writ petition would be exercise in futility. Therefore, in the light of said communications, writ petition stands disposed of.
