1 It is at the stage of final arguments that the Petitioner moved an application for leading of additional evidence. In view of the stage at which the suit was, the Trial Court did not deem it fit to grant the relief sought in the said application.
2 Having regard to the fact that the suit is set down for arguments, in my view no exception could be taken to the impugned order. Hence, no interference in the writ jurisdiction is called for.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
