Accordingly, we called records of Writ Petition No. 2498 of 1994 and found that the controversy involved therein was same and that petition was disposed of as infructuous on 26th November 2012.
In view of this position, we dispose of the present writ petition also as infructuous. Rule discharged. No order as to costs.
