The Writ Petition is moved against the respondent-State for
non-production of the applicant-accused on the Court dates, viz. 19.11.2012, 20.11.2012, 04.12.2012, 17.12.2012 and 18.12.2012. It is also prayed that for non-production of the applicant-accused, the respondent be imposed fine of Rs.5,000/- for each date.
