. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the premises occupied by him were demolished by MMRDA / Respondent No. 4, without giving hearing to him. It is submitted that his representation was also disposed of without taking into consideration the evidence, which is in his possession and without giving him personal hearing. Since this is the only grievance of the Petitioner, petition can be disposed of by directing the Dy. Collector / Respondent No.2 to decide application / representation dated 13.9.2011 filed by the Petitioner for eligibility and for accommodation, as expeditiously as possible by
