The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the counsel has no instructions from the petitioners, though he has issued a couple of communications to the petitioners. The learned counsel states that the counsel is not aware whether the remanded proceedings are still pending or disposed of. On 24th June, 2013, the matter was adjourned to 8th July, 2013 as a last chance. On 8th July, 2013, again the matter was adjourned by three weeks.
It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
