Smt. Anita Raosaheb Nagargoge Vs the Secretary, Shikshan Sewak District Selection Committee, Raigad-Alibaug and Ors.

The learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3 states that the petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy of approaching the appellate authority under the provisions of Maharashtra Zilla Parishads District Services Rules. It is submitted that instead of exhausting the said remedy the petitioner has approached this court.

In view of the preliminary objection raised on behalf of the respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings.
