week and as the Administrator has still not taken change pursuant to the impugned order, it would be appropriate to await the decision of the Director of Education in the first instance without the Administrator now taking physical charge of the Management.

The Administrator shall not take physical charge of the Management till the decision of the Director of Education and for a period of two weeks thereafter if the same is adverse to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The petitioner is

always at liberty to challenge the order of the Director of Education, if necessary.
