1. Learned Advocate for petitioner, on instructions,
prays for leave to withdraw the petition with a view
to enable him to file fresh Original Application as
per the liberty granted by the Tribunal in the
impugned order or Review Application and to place on
record the document (Exhibit L) and the one produced
across the bar to support his contention that the
impugned order is in fact not as a deputation but is a

transfer in disguise.
2.The order of status-quo passed by the Tribunal to
continue for further period of two weeks from today.
3. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is
disposed of as such with liberty as prayed for.
