1 Heard Mr.Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. The order under challenge is interlocutory. There is no reason to interfere with the same at this stage. If the final order in the complaint is adverse to the Petitioner, then, while challenging it, the Petitioner can raise appropriate pleas with regard to the refusal of the Trial Court to summon the Income Tax Officer with requisite records. Keeping open all contentions for being raised at appropriate stage, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
