The praecipe has been taken out by learned advocate for the review Petitioners.

It is submitted by the review Petitioners that since they were affected by the consent order passed earlier on 23^rd February 2011, they moved the review petitions and after haring all concerned, we have set aside that consent order. It is submitted that while giving directions that Applicants in Civil Application No.255 of 2013 shall also be impleaded as the Respondents in Writ Petition No.465 of 2009, it was intended that review Petitioners should be impleaded as Respondents in said writ petition, but inadvertently that direction has not been given in

clear terms.

Learned Counsel for original writ Petitioners submits that

if request is granted, the hearing of the writ petition will be delayed beyond 30^th April 2013 and the protection granted to those persons who got promotion order after passing of the consent order will come to an end.

Having heard learned Counsel for the parties, we direct that review Petitioners shall be impleded as party Respondents in Writ Petition No.465 of 2009. We further direct that promotions given on the basis of consent order, which is now set aside, will continue till 31^st July 2013 or till the disposal of Writ Petition No. 465 of 2009, whichever is earlier. Praecipe accordingly stands disposed of.
