The above civil application has been filed by the original petitioner seeking the relief that the amount of Rs.10,000/- deposited by the petitioner/applicant in this Court be allowed to be withdrawn. The said amount was directed to be deposited by this Court by order dated 1/11/2012 by which notice came to be issued to the parties. Thereafter, the petition was disposed of by judgment and order dated 7/12/2013 and the matter relegated back to the Administrative Tribunal. However, insofar as the said amount of Rs.10,000/- which was lying in deposit is cocnerned there is no direction in the said judgment and order.

In my view, if the petitioner has deposited the said amount which

was pending adjudication of the above writ petition since the petition has now been disposed of, the petitioner would be entitled to refund of the said amount. The civil application is accordingly allowed. The petitioner would be entitled to withdraw the said amount of Rs.10,000/-.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of.
