The above Application has been filed for bail.
- The applicant is an accused in Crime No.51 of 2009 registered at the Old Goa Police Station under Sections 452,347,395,397 IPC r/w Section 3 along with 25 of the Arms Act. The accused is the architect of the offences committed pursuant to the criminal trespass into the house of the complainant. Prima facie, there is material on record to indicate to the said effect.
- In so far as trial is concerned, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Shri Amonkar, states that till date 26 witnesses have bee examined.
