The Learned Counsel for the respondent, Shri V.A. Lawande tenders a letter dated 15/10/2013 addressed by the Respondent to the Appellant, a copy of the same is furnished to Shri Rao, the Learned Counsel for the Appellant. By the said letter, the Respondent has expressed regrets if on account of the statements made in paragraph 1 of the notice in question the sentiments or feelings of the Appellant have been hurt.
In view of the said letter dated 15/10/2013, addressed by the Respondent to the Advocate for the Appellant, the Learned Counsel for the Appellant, Shri P. Rao seeks withdrawal of the Second Appeal.
