| 2. The counsel for the applicants submits that they will vacate the suit premises on expiry of three months from today and hand over the peaceful possession of the suit premises to the respondent landlord. He submits that they will file undertaking accordingly within two weeks from today before this Court. The undertaking shall mention that on expiry of three months' period, the applicants will hand over the peaceful possession of the tenanted suit premises on 28th of July 2013. The undertaking shall also mention that the applicants will not create any third party rights or alienate the suit property. The applicants will pay rent for three months regularly on monthly basis. The applicants shall not create third party rights or interest or alienate the suit property till the undertaking is filed before this Court. |
