The learned Counsel for the respondent-company has produced on record the extract of the website of the company showing the registered address of the respondentcompany. The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the statutory notice was sent to the factory of the respondent-company which has been served. The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the objection raised by the learned Counsel for the respondentcompany, he will withdraw the company petition with liberty to file afresh as may be advised.
