filed by the present petitioner in pursuance of the
order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in

decision, even further judicial proceedings are

grievance of the petitioner is that the decision is
taken belatedly.
3.Considering all the facts on record, it
would not be expedient to proceed with the present
contempt proceedings. The contempt petition is,
