of the amended provision the elections will have to be held by State Cooperative Election authority. On 3 May 2013 following order came to be passed thereafter -

period. The situation where no elections are held inspite of the directions of the Court and no authority is also being constituted to hold the elections, cannot be countenanced. In the facts and circumstances of the case therefore it will be necessary that the administrator proceeds to hold the election as per the directions of the Court even earlier on 29 January 2013. Considering the fact that the Court had directed two months time to hold elections in January 2013 and the elections are not yet being held so far, the administrator will hold the elections within a period of two months from today.
Civil application stands disposed of above terms.
