Shri Khare, the learned counsel for the applicant, states that in stead of depositing the amount of maintenance in the High Court or the Family Court, it would be convenient for the applicant if the petitioner pays the amount to the respondent no.1-applicant by cheque. The cheque may be handed over either to the applicant-respondent no.1 or to her counsel.

The learned counsel for the petitioner-non-applicant does not have any objection to the prayer made on behalf of the applicant. The learned counsel states that the petitioner would handover a cheque of Rs.20,000/- every month on the due dates of hearing either to the respondent no.1 or to her counsel.
