This application is made, seeking clarification of the order passed by this Court dated 1^st July, 2013. Clarification is sought in respect of the observations made in para 4 of the said order which are as under:-

“4.........The Petitioner may comply with the conditions and thereafter make a representation to Respondent No.3 and if such a representation is made, the same may be heard and decided on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible........”

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant in this application submits that it may be clarified that the said representation is in respect of fresh affiliation and not continuation of affiliation.

In our view, we have passed a detailed reasoned order giving reasons as to why ad-interim relief could not be granted in favour of the original Petitioner. We have also given them liberty to make fresh representation particularly in view of submissions made by the Petitioner which are recorded in para 2 of the said order.

4 In this view of the matter, we do not think it necessary to give any further clarification of the said observations made by us in the said order. It is obvious that we had permitted the Petitioner to apply for continuation of affiliation after complying with the conditions. It is needless to mention that it is open for the Applicant to consider the representation on merits and in accordance with law.

5 Application is accordingly disposed of.
