This is an application for restoration.

Mr. Garud, the learned counsel for the respondent opposes the application on the ground that delay has not been properly explained. The respondent has filed affidavit controverting the averments made by the applicant.

It would be seen that the Writ Petition is dismissed pursuant to the conditional order passed by this Court.

The applicant has given the reasons. Even otherwise, the present Writ Petition was to be heard along with W.P. 4469 of 2001. The learned counsel submits that the said Writ Petition is still pending.

In light of the above, the order dismissing the Writ Petition is recalled. The Writ Petition is restored to its original position on condition that the petitioner/applicant removes the office objections within the period of four (4) weeks from today i.e. 12/04/2013. The Civil Application is disposed of.
