The applicant Sumitrabai is allowed to withdraw ` 3,50,000/- [ Rupees Three Lacs Fifty Thousand only ] on submitting an undertaking to this Court that in the event the applicant Sumitrabai is required to deposit the said amount, she will deposit the said amount within the period of one (1) month from the date of such order.
Rest of the amount be kept in fixed deposit of any nationalized bank.
