2] Civil application No. 3966 of 2011 is for fixing an early date of hearing. It appears that LPAs arise out of writ petition filed in 1998 and the controversy has arisen way back in the year 1973. In this situation, place both these LPAs for final hearing in the week commencing 18th November, 2013. Civil application No. 3966 for 2011 is accordingly disposed of.
