This is an application for withdrawal of amount. Mrs. Reddy, the learned counsel opposes the application on the ground exorbitant compensation has been awarded. The concept of contributory negligence has not been considered.

1. Today the award is in favour of applicants. The applicant No. 2 is minor, the amount of his share will have to be protected. The Tribunal has directed an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- to be kept in fixed deposit in the name of claimant No. 1. Said amount also cannot be allowed to be withdrawn at this stage. 3. In the result I pass the following order. 4. The applicant No. 1/Renuka is allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rs. One Lakh Fifty thousand only). The remaining amount be kept in fixed deposit of any nationalized bank. The claimant No. 1 is also allowed to withdraw the interest over the fixed deposit amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- every quarter.
