that one Ashok Nana Shingare (deceased) and the co-accused Balu Warke were friends. The deceased Ashok Shingare had an affair with the wife of Balu Warke - Sangeeta Balu Warke, who is also an accused in this case. The allegation is that Balu Warke, his wife Sangeeta, his brother Atul Warke, a co-accused and another brother Anil i.e. the present applicant abducted and killed the said Ashok.
