2 I have perused the report received from the learned Judge, which is to the effect, that though the case was kept by him for pronouncing judgment on 22.4.2013, in view of the order passed by this court in Criminal Application No.419 of 2013, staying further proceedings before the learned Judge, he could not pronounce the judgment and dispose of the matter on 22.4.2013. However, the learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, informs that the stay was subsequently vacated and the case has actually been disposed of by the learned trial Judge, by delivering a judgment and order on 26.4.2013.
