1 The learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that the previous application for bail filed by the applicant was withdrawn (Bail Application No.327 of 2013, withdrawn on 21.3.2013).
2 I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant, who primarily presses the application on the ground of delay, but since apparently the previous application was withdrawn after having made certain submissions, and since this has happened quite recently, I do not think it proper to re-consider the matter again.
3 The application is rejected.
