applicant. The accused has been convicted by the trial Court.
The applicant has not surrendered either before the trial Court or before the Appellate Court.

ready to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lac only), if some time is granted by the Court.

Upon hearing the learned counsel, I pass the
following order:
:: O R D E R ::
(i) The applicant shall surrender before the trial Court within a period of one week from today.
(ii)The trial Court shall release the applicant on executing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand only) with one surety of like amount or cash deposit of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand only), in lieu of surety of Rs.10,000/-.
(iii)On his surrender before the trial Court, the applicant shall deposit Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lac only), in trial Court within a period of three weeks from the date of his release on bail.

(iv)If the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lac only), is not deposited within the time granted by this Court, the bail bond shall automatically stand forfeited and the learned trial Court should take necessary steps to get the applicant arrested for undergoing the sentence.
(v)Criminal Application No.292 of 2012 is disposed of.
