2 Miss Sharon Patole, the learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the applicant has been attending Yerwada Police Station every Monday, as directed by this court while releasing on bail, but that, now, in view of the time gap, the said condition be suitably modified / relaxed.

3 After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP, it is directed that the applicant shall, with effect from today, attend Yerwada Police Station, on every alternate Sunday, commencing from 16.6.2013.
4 The condition requiring him to report to Yerwada Police Station, as imposed by the order dated 8.5.2012, shall stand modified accordingly.
