ORAL ORDER :
The application is filed for condonation of delay of 96 days caused in filing revision against judgment and order of family Court. The petitioner is wife she has contended that she had no resource to file proceeding immediately and some time was required to collect proper information and instructions. Other side opposed the application. In view of the contentions made in the proceeding and as nothing could have been achieved by not filing revision in time, this Court holds that the delay is to be condoned. Sufficient cause is shown. So, application is allowed. Delay of 96 days caused in filing revision is condoned.
