Ld. counsel for the applicants states that he is making limited request for granting time to the applicants to surrender before Judicial Magistrate (First Class), Chalisgaon up till

11/03/2013 and apply for bail and in the meanwhile, the applicants may be protected on terms and conditions as deem proper and the directions be given to the said Court to decide their application for bail as expeditiously as possible.

The request being made for surrendering before the Court of law in connection with Crime which was registered on 19/06/2012, the acceptance of request would facilitate early completion of investigation in the said crime, hence, the same deserves consideration.

The applicants to surrender before the Court of Judicial Magistrate (First Class), Chalisgaon as informed, on or before 11/03/2013. The said Court to decide the application for bail, if any, preferred by the applicants in accordance with law, as early as possible and preferably on the same day subject to 24 hours advance notice of the application is served upon other side.

In the meanwhile Investigating Officer of Crime No. 207/2012 of Chalisgaon Police Station for offence under sections 406, 420, 408, 504, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code is hereby directed not to take coercive steps of arrest against the applicants subject to the conditions of applicants :

(i) attending Investigating Officer every day in between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. up till 11/03/2013;

(ii) staying at the address mentioned in the application and not changing the same without permission of the Court;

(iii) directly or indirectly, not making any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation levelled against them so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Police Officer;

(iv) Not misusing this order for committing any other offence or for fleeing away.

The application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
